1. Products

The products sold on the Website include non-alcoholic beverages, packaged in cans, made primarily with honey, green tea and botanicals, as well as any accessories or merchandise that may be offered.

Essential product characteristics (ingredients, volume, usage and storage recommendations) are provided on the relevant product pages.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only (labels and packaging may change).

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges.

Delivery charges are indicated before the order is confirmed.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed.

3. Orders

Placing an order on the Website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

An order becomes final once payment has been validated and a confirmation email has been sent.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, an irregularity or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, using the payment methods available through Shopify (credit or debit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, subject to availability).

Transactions are secured through payment service providers. The Seller does not have access to the Customer's banking details.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within mainland France.

5.2 Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout for information purposes only.

Delays attributable to the carrier do not entitle the Customer to compensation.

5.3 Receipt and claims

If a parcel is damaged or opened, or if products are damaged or missing, the Customer must contact the Seller within 48 hours at contact@beezendrinks.com, providing photographs.

6. Product Storage (Recommendations)

To preserve their quality, beverages must be stored away from freezing temperatures and excessive heat, preferably in a dry place protected from light.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for product deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery (e.g. exposure to sunlight, prolonged storage in a vehicle or exposure to cold temperatures).

Customers are encouraged to collect their parcels as soon as possible and avoid exposing products to extreme temperatures.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

The Customer must notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw by emailing contact@beezendrinks.com.

Important exception (food products / hygiene)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Products are unopened and sealed.
  • Cans are intact and free from dents.
  • Products are returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except where the return results from an error attributable to the Seller (non-conforming products or products damaged upon delivery).

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned products.
